Sugardough Cafe Brighton | Review

So if you you know me then you'll know I'm a great lover of brunch and discovering new cafes is my fave hobby. It so happened that yesterday I stumbled across Sugardough Bakery Cafe in Brighton, whilst shooting for my blog.

Myself and my best friend both ordered the delicious four-cheese toasty (death by cheese!) and added bacon, because y'know it's the weekend so treat yo'self. Sat beside a bed of salad leaves, topped with marinated red onion, and a shot-glass of beetroot (literally) on the side, this was washed down with a (very strong) latte. Although the caffeine was very much needed after our early start.

Not only was the food satisfying to the eye, but the decor was equally. Having spoken to the manager, we found out his wife spent her time collecting the furniture and crockery from around the country, which gave the cafe a really unique feel and atmosphere.

Being full after the almighty cheese toasty, we didn't get a change to taste the cakes (personally, I had my eye on the treacle tart)- but there's always next time!

If you're in Brighton, I would very much recommend visiting Sugardough sat on a corner of the lanes, because, when in Brighton, it would be rude not to visit the lanes!
